Description of accommodation

A cottage with a spacious common room and a fully equipped kitchenette - el. oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher. In the room there is a dining area, a sofa, a coffee table, a pool table, table football, darts, a stylish fireplace and a TV. There are a total of four bedrooms in the building - the first and second with a double bed, the third bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed, and the fourth with a single bed and two bunk beds. Possibility of two additional beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Another separate toilet. Ski room available. Heating of the building by electricity boiler and fireplace. Finnish sauna with relaxation room. An unfenced garden with activities for children, a children's playground with a slide, swings, a sandpit, a trampoline and a playground for social games. Swimming pools, Whirlpool hot tub and heated hot tub. Parking at the building.

Pet for a fee of CZK 500/stay. Travel cot on request. El. energy according to consumption. Refundable deposit for an animal CZK 5,000 and accessories for a pool table CZK 1,000. The caretaker lives in the other part of the building with a separate entrance, owns two good dogs and does not disturb the guests' privacy in any way. Fee for wood for heating. Utility water in the building. The object is suitable for a maximum of 15 people.

Location description

On the border of the Orlické mountains and the Jeseník mountains in the village of Červená voda, part of Horní Orlice. The cottage is located 4.5 km south of Králíky and 5 km northeast of Červená Vody. The surroundings are ideal for walks in the adjacent forest and for cycling in the surrounding countryside. You can go on a trip, for example, to the Hůrka Artillery Fortress 5 km, Buda 15 km, Val lookout towers (3 km), Křížová hora (5.5 km), Stezka v Oblacy (28 km) and Suchý vrch (15 km), which offers also refreshments and adrenaline experiences. Another interesting place to visit is the Hora Matky Boží monastery (3 km). Sports complex Dolní Morava (14 km) with the longest suspension bridge in the world, a mammoth roller coaster, a tandem swing and a bobsleigh track. Children can visit the Forest Adventure Park or the Sand World. In the winter season, the Větrný Vrch ski area 12 km, the Sněžník ski area (skiing, cross-country trails, toboggan runs) and Kraličák (29 km).
