Description of accommodation

Family house, built in 1830 and completely decorated in the old style. The lack of electricity is compensated by chandeliers with candles for lighting, wood fired boiler for hot water (sink, bathroom). Entrance, hallway with hallway, left is a living room with tiled stove, dining table for 10 people and a double bed. From the room access to the kitchen in the old style, wood stove with oven, possibly you can use a spare gas cooker, storage room. In the kitchen there is cold, flowing water. From the living room access to the first bedroom, which also borders the kitchen, a niche with a double bed and a bunk bed. From the hall access to the second bedroom with two single beds and a double bunk bed (downstairs double bed and upstairs for two children). In the bedroom is a wood burning stove. At the end of the hallway is a bathroom with flush-toilet, a wooden bath, sink and original wood-fired sauna. Next to the bathroom is a room with table tennis. Heating through wood-burning stoves in all rooms, warm water care through a 300 liter wood-burning boiler in the bathroom. The house is on its own grounds of about 10 hectares with hills, meadows, forests and a fountain. In the garden is seating under a shelter close by campfire, climbing rack, sandpit and swing. You have a private swimming pond with wooden pier. Parking directly at the house.

Baby cot is available on request with the landlord. Pets allowed for a fee € 9,-/pet/night (please note there is no fence and you are in the middle of nature). Wood usage (except for sauna) is included in the price. Deposit 3000 CZK. Occupancy rate is 10 people and 2 children.
