Free-standing holiday cottage - a former farmhouse for self-occupancy. Entrance, hallway, spacious living kitchen with dining area and a large fireplace (above the fireplace there is a bed - extra bed 150 cm long). Kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, wood-oven and smokehouse with furnace, fridge, kettle and microwave. Double bedroom. Bathroom with tub and toilet. In the attic there is a living room with sofa for 4 persons, television and access to a large terrace, where you have a complete privacy. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the pond and the garden. Double bedroom and third bedroom with two single beds. Central gas heating. Large fenced garden with a pond, there is a wooden garden furniture with sunshade, garden grill, hanging hammock and swimming pool 7,5 x 3,5 m with roof at disposal. Own parking.

In South Bohemia, on the outskirts of a village Lnáře, about 8 km northwest of the town Blatná. Quiet location on the very edge of the village on a bank of a large pond. Behind the house lies a garden with a small private pond. The house stands at the foot of the hilly and forested landscape of mountains Brdy, in an area known for many ponds, near the towns Blatná and Lnáře. A charming South Bohemian countryside is perfect for hiking and biking, swimming, fishing and mekeing many various trips. Chateu Lnáře 500 m, rocking stone at Kadov 8 km, chateau Blatna 8 km, a little town Nepomuk with two interesting churches 15 km, chateu Březnice 18 km, the town Strakonice with a castle 30 km, a historical town Pisek with a castle and the oldest stone bridge in Central Europe 33 km, the ruins Prachen 19 km and Rabi 27 km, chateau Kozel 35 km.
Distances: Basic foods 300 m and 500 m, restaurant 500 m, supermarket (Blatna) 8 km. Swimming in a pond Vesky right in front of the house 15 m (just across a little local road). By the castle situated about 500 m away you will find a sauna, tennis court and mini golf. Horseback riding (farm Pole) 8 km or (Mačkov) 10 km.
