Accommodation in a modern bungalow with a large garden, sauna and jacuzzi right on the terrace, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surroundings. Open kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and dishwasher. The kitchen is directly connected to the living room with dining table, sofa, TV and fireplace. A total of 3 bedrooms. The first with two single beds, the second with a double bed and the third with a double bed and a single bed. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Another separate toilet. Electric floor heating and fireplace. 2 terraces with seating, jacuzzi (free in July and August), sauna and fenced garden with fireplace and fire pit. Parking on the property for up to 4 vehicles.

Pets are not allowed. Baby cot available by prior arrangement. Jacuzzi is free in July and August, in other months only by prior arrangement and for a fee of CZK 2,000 per use. A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is payable on site. Actual electricity consumption is payable on site. Cleaning/towels/bed linen fee of CZK 1,000/stay. Wi-Fi available. Accommodation is suitable for up to 7 people. Special cancellation conditions: From booking to 15 days before the stay, 50% cancellation fee. 14 days or less 100% cancellation fee.

Less than a kilometer from the Slapy Dam, in the Central Bohemian Region, 19 km west of Sedlčany, 22 km from Příbram and about 50 km south of Prague. Thanks to its location on an elevated spot and in nature, the accommodation offers a beautiful view in all directions, including the Slapy Valley. In the entire Slapy area, you can find plenty of tourist activities with beaches, bars, restaurants and boat rentals, as well as natural and historical monuments. We recommend visiting the famous Konopiště Castle (34 km), the French garden at Dobříš Castle (16 km), the ruins of Vrškamýk Castle (13 km), Osečany Castle (24 km), the historic town of Sedlčany (19 km), the Karel Čapek monument in Stare Hute (15 km) and many viewpoints along the entire dam. Adrenaline sports lovers can visit the flodded quarry in Hrimezdice, where regular diving competitions are held.
