Upstairs via bedroom with double bed, single bed and TV with satellite. Third bedroom with double bed and one single bed. Pleasant room with fireplace accessible from outside. Electric heating or with stove (wood). Large garden, fenced with high wall which provides enough privacy. Embedded pool 13 x 6 m with deep 1-2,1 m available. Further garden furniture with parasol, fire pit, sand pit, swing bench and table tennis. Garage for 2 cars and own parking-site.

Cot on request. One small dog allowed. Washing machine at disposal. River trip on motor boat possible after agreement with the landlord and for fee. Renting of two bikes also possible after agreement. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week and cleaning fee € 50,- shall be paid on the spot. House is suitable for max. 8/10 persons.
