Former farm house, very nice and comfortably furnished. In the garden you have absolute privacy. Entrance, hall, spacious living kitchen with dining table for 6 persons, sitting area, electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Living room with sitting suit (fold-out couch serves as an extra bed for 2 persons) and sat-TV. Four bedrooms – three with two single beds (next to each other as double beds) and the fourth bedroom with a double bed (suitable for 2 children) and an entry from the thirdt bedroom. Bathrooms with bath and toilet. Central heating (solid fuels), you can also heat with electric radiators. There is a nice garden, terrace with a kompletely fenced garden furniture, portable garden grill, fire pit and swimming pool 4 x 3,4 m at disposal. For children there is a sand pit. Parking in the garden or in a garage.

Pets allowed. One dog allowed. Washing machine available. You can store the bicycles in a lockable room. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The landlord will arrange heating in cold weather for a fee CZK 100,-/day. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6/8 adults + 2 children.

Nice place in the vicinity of medieval fortress and castle nature garden with high lime trees. Ideal for calm family holiday. In the area there are many sightseeings – church Lomec (under the protection of UNESCO) 3 km, chateau Kratochvile 7 km, chateau Hluboka nad Vltavou 25 km, hunting lodge Ohrada and a Zoo 23 km.
