The cottage has undergone a thorough renovation and features an indoor pool and other comfort elements for your carefree holiday. You are staying in the left part of the building.
Entrance from the courtyard to the spacious lounge with seating at dining tables as well as on a set of sofas and armchairs by the tiled stove for relaxation and fully equipped bar with a manual glass washer, fridge, glass-ceramic induction hob, convection oven, microwave oven, kettle and dishwasher. Seating on bar stools. Ladies' and gent's toilets with a basin and an utility room with a washing machine in the corridor. The first floor consists of two identical parts. In each of them there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, TV and storage space and a second bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people and storage space. Each pair of bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower, basin and separate toilet.
Central heating provided by an automatic pellet stove. The water supply in the building is not certified as potable. Drinking water provided from a barrel dispenser. Outdoor seating on wooden garden furniture and a rocking bench in the shade under the pergola with the possibility of grilling on a gas grill whatever the weather. Fenced garden with trimmed lawn and a small fish pond. In the second part of the building you can use an indoor swimming pool with a counter-current function, a sunbed, a seating area and a toilet.Part of accommodation
Note on accommodation
Pets (small breed) only after prior arrangement with the landlord. Baby cot on request. Consumption of electric power and firewood included in price. Bedding, towels, tea cloths and Wi-Fi internet provided for free. The landlord lives in the other part of the building and respects the guests' privacy. Refundable deposit CZK 6 000. The property can sleep up to 12 adults, 1 child up to 8 years of age and 1 baby.

In South Bohemia region, on the outskirts of the hamlet of Mutice, 8 km from the town of Mladá Vožice and 20 km north of the town of Tábor. The cottage is located in a tranquill setting with a view of the meadow. Ideal for a larger group of people who want to relax in the countryside with all the comforts. In the surrounding area, you can visit tourist attractions such as the Kovářka lookout tower (7 km), the fairy-tale Chotoviny palace (9 km), the Chýnovská cave (25 km), the legendary and mythical mountain Velký Blaník (23 km) and, last but not least, the town of Tábor itself with the historical town centre protected as an urban heritage zone.
