Entrance through a veranda with a pleasant sitting area overlooking the garden. Kitchen with electric stove, microwave oven, fridge, kettle and dining table. Living room with sofa, TV and fireplace. First bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with three single beds. Bathroom with sink, toilet, washing machine and shower. Heating with underfloor heating and by arrangement with a fireplace stove. There is a fully fenced garden with seating and a garden fireplace in the pergola, a trampoline and a shed for storing bicycles. Parking at the property for up to 3 vehicles.

In the South Bohemian Region, near the Třeboň Basin, 6 km from Soběslav, 15 km from Tábor and 30 km from Jindřichuv Hradec. The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful part of the village of Myslkovice, in which we can find basic services, the Jewish ghetto, the Myslkovice castle, a children's playground, a hiking trail and 2 cycle paths. The whole area, especially towards Třeboňsko, is very suitable for cycling thanks to the flat terrain and good tourist facilities. In the vicinity you can visit, for example, the town of Soběslav with its castle (6 km), the ruins of Choustník castle (10 km), the zoo in Tábor (15 km), the famous Červená Lhota castle (15 km) or the spa town of Třeboň (37 km).
