The newly renovated cottage, equipped to the highest standards (sauna, whirlpool, billiards, treadmill, children's corner, fireplace), provides comfortable and convenient accommodation for 12 people in three rooms (with the possibility of an extra bed). Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a spacious entrance hall, common room, bathroom, toilet, wellness room and space for storing bicycles or skis. On the second floor, a large common room with a sitting area and a pool table. 3 bedrooms in total. The first with two single beds, a double bed and a cot. Second bedroom with two double beds. Third bedroom with two single beds, a double bed and one extra bed. There is also a children's corner. There is a second bathroom and toilet on the first floor. Electric underfloor heating. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the common room. You can find enjoyment in the vast garden, which is covered in greenery. It offers two outdoor seating areas, a gas grill, a generous fireplace, a children's playground, fruit trees and shrubs. There is a fine IQue hot tub and a sauna with a view of the yard. Possibility of parking for 3 cars in front of the house and for 2 cars behind the house.

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement (small breed only, fee 500 CZK/pet/week). Baby cot available. Real energy consumption (5 CZK/1kWh) is paid on the spot. A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is paid on the spot by the landlord. The property is suitable for up to 13 people.

The accommodation is located in the quiet village of Radostín, approximately 500 m from the Velke Darko pond, not far from the Radostín bog National Nature Reserve. The location is suitable for nature lovers (possibilities of mushroom picking, fishing, nature walks), for cyclists (you can connect to a network of cycle paths right next to the cottage) and for enthusiasts of cultural monuments. Right in Zdar nad Sázavou we can find a castle, a historical center with a plague column, a baroque fortress with a museum and, in particular, the UNESCO monument Pilgrimage Church on Zelená hora. In addition, the Pilská dam recreation area (16 km), the Karlstejn hunting lodge (31 km), the highest peak of Zdarske vrchy Devět skal (28 km) and the Přibyslav castle (17 km) are also nearby.
