Free-standing house, a former farm from the year of 1760, rebuilt in the year of 1870 into the gamekeeper’s house and in the year of 2005 completely renovated to a luxury residence. The house is very spacious and offers absolute comfort and luxury to its inhabitants. Entry, hallway, stylish dining room with a beautiful fireplace. Kitchen with an oven with a ceramic hotplate, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, kettle and microwave. Hall with sitting (rattan furniture) and access to internal heated pool 5 x 3 m and the sauna and there is also the access to the gardens. Two luxury bathrooms - each with shower and toilet. Bedroom with a king size bed, sitting and entering into a second bedroom with a king size bed and a folding sofa (which can be broken into a queen size bed). The third bedroom with a king size bed, sofa (extra bed, queen size), sitting and television with satellite. Stairs to the attic are in the hallway. The attic offers a spacious living room with sofa, beautiful tile stove, dining table and television with satellite. Kitchen and bar, two ceramic hot plates, refrigerator and dishwasher. The luxury bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Spacious fourth bedroom with a king size bed and two separate beds (low beds by the floor). Central heating in the house, the pool is heated by electric heat pump. The house stands on its own grounds, two terraces, garden furniture, fireplace and swing.

One dog allowed (free of charge). The washing machine is available. Refundable deposit EUR 300,-. Final cleaning EUR 75,-. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on spot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 12/14 persons.
