A detached recreation house, nicely nad comfortably furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with a sofa, dining table for 8 persons, fire-stove and sat-TV. Kitchen is accessible from the hallway or by sliding door from the living room and is equipped by dining table for 4 persons, electric stove, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and microwave oven. From the kitchen, there is an entrance to the terrace. Bathroom with a shower and toilette. In the attic, there is a small hallway and two bedrooms – the first bedroom with a double bed and a cot and the second bedroom with a double bed, folding armchair (extra bed) and entrance to the balcony. Electrical heating. Huge garden (1200 m2) is completely fenced and a high hedge surrounding the whole garden offers complete privacy and peace. There is a nice roofed sunken swimming pool (6,5 x 3 m), wooden garden furniture with a sunshade, portable garden grill and a swing at disposal. Parking for 5 cars in the garden.

Cot on request. One dog allowed per fee EUR 20,-/dog/week. Electricity consumption over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on spot. The house is suitable for maximum of 4 persons + child + baby.

In Central Bohemia, on the edge of a cottage settlement Hamry, near the village Vlastejovice, about 8 km south-west of town Zruc nad Sazavaou and 75 km far from the capital city Prague. The villa is situated on the amazingly quiet place near forest, only about 150 m far from the river Sazava, in a wooded valley surrounded by green nature. The whole area offers ideal conditions for various kinds of sport as well as cultural activities – cycling on the cycling routes along the river Sazava, swimming, hiking, collecting forest fruits or sightseeing. The nature reserve Stvoridla 15 km, castle Ledec nad Sazavou 8 km, castle Lipnice nad Sazavou 21 km, castle Cesky Sternberk 30 km, caves Certovy Diry 5 km, water reservoir Svihov 3 km. Also the beautiful capital city Prague is easily reachable – only 30 minutes driving on highway.
Distances: Basic groceries (Hnevkovice – Kounice) 3 km, supermarkets and restaurants and other facilities (Ledec nad Sazavou) 7 km. One restaurant called Mlyn (Mill House) is only 300 m far from the house. Beautiful natural swimming pool (Kozli) 6 km, other possibility of natural swimming (Chrenovice) 500 m, water sports and fishing (fishing permit necessary) on the river Sazava only 100 m. Inside swimming pool (Havlickuv Brod) 35 km. Sauna and tennis court (Zruc nad Sazavou) 7 km. Train station on the other side of the river (reachable by a boat) 300 m. Forest 30 m.
