Detached house, renovated in 2016, on its own fenced property with full-grown trees. Entrance hall with seating for 5 persons and piano. On the ground floor large lounge with billiards (free), el. darts, the possibility of fire in a large stove, bar seating and sofa. On the first floor there is a kitchen, which is fully equipped with all utensils, small el. appliances, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave. Dining table for about 7 people. Radio, LCD TV and sofa. Separate toilet on the ground floor, separate toilet on the 1st floor and shower. Also available 3 x sink in the hallway on the first floor. The first walk-through bedroom with a sofa bed (double bed), a dining table for 3 people and a washroom. Second bedroom with single bed and bunk bed for children. Third bedroom with double bed and single bed. Fourth bedroom with double bed, single bed and sofa bed for a child. Fifth bedroom with double bed and single bed.
The building is heated by electric local heaters. In the large fenced garden, guests can use the garden furniture, grill, fireplace, rocking chair and children's swing. Parking for up to 5 vehicles at the property.Part of accommodation

Pets allowed (small breed, CZK 500,-). Baby cot available. Refundable deposit 3 000, -CZK. Power consumption, bed linen and tea towels included in the price of the stay. The owner of the house stays in the building respecting the privacy of guests. The building is suitable for 14–15 people + baby.

In South Bohemia, in the village of Čestice, approximately 15 km southwest of the town of Strakonice. The house is situated on its own land overlooking the Church of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist and practically at the center of the town. There are many possibilities for trips in the area, whether by car or bicycle. Interesting cultural monuments include Calvary Čestice (in the village), Hoštice Castle (11 km), castle and church in Strakonice (15 km), Kašperk Castle (24 km) or the largest castle ruins in Bohemia - Rabí Castle (27 km). Nature lovers will also find their place here. Boubín Forest with an observation tower (29 km) and the whole Šumava National Park (30 km) offer many tips for hiking and cycling trips.
