Each apartment with sofa (fold-out double bed), dinning table, sat-TV and DVD-player, bedroom for two persons (or sleeping area for 2 persons), open kitchenette with fridge, two plates, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven, bathroom with shower and WC. Gas central heating. This villa sits in large, fenced garden (1,2 ha) with swimming pool 10 x 5 x 1,6 m with contra-flow and lighting. Pergola (10 x 12 m), garden furniture, garden grill, fire pit, table tennis, playground, slide and swing at your disposal. Own parking lot.

Cot on request. Pets are allowed. Bikes for rent by agreement with the landlord. On spot shall be paid the consumption of gas and electricity over 50 kWh per week. The house is suitable for maximum of 6/12 persons. Atfer an agreement and for a fee there is a possibillity to rent the fourth apartment for 2/4 persons (with dishwasher, washing machine, fireplace and oven with hot-air circulation). If you want to rent this fourth apartment as well, please, contact our office.
