Bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with a single bed and a bedroom with a double pull-out sofa. Gas central heating. Suitable for up to 5/7 persons. Holiday home is neat, cozy and well equipped. Entrance, hallway, living room with sitting area, fireplace and satellite TV and open access to the kitchen with 4-person dining table, two hotplates and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with two double beds and a single bed. Heating with the fire heart. Suitable for up to 5 people. Electricity, water and gas consumption shall be paid on spot. Sometimes, the owner can stay over night in his own apartment with own entrance and respects maximally the privacy of the guests. Suitable for up to 10/12 persons + baby.

The villa stands on a really beautiful place just next to the forest with views of the greenery. Very quiet place at the very end of the access road, just 30 m from a lake. The house is in the nature reserve "Broumov" known for its beautiful natural landscape with many rock formations. The area offers many possibilities for excursions and sightseeing.
