Detached villa from the First Republic, very comfortable and luxuriously furnished, in a closed garden of not less than 3000 m2. Entrance, living room connected with dining room and kitchen. In the living room leather sofa, LCD TV and fireplace stove. Dining table for 8 persons. The kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances - ceramic hob, oven with grill, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle and tableware, some of Villeroy & Boch. On the ground floor you will find the bathroom with shower, sink and infrared sauna. Separate toilet. Upstairs there are three separate bedrooms, the first and the second with a double bed, the third with two double beds. Second bathroom with bath, two sinks, toilet and bidet. The house is centrally heated by a heat pump. In the garden you have a rattan furniture, jacuzzi, fireplace and covered parking at your disposal.

In the Giant Mountains, on the edge of a small quiet place Vysoké nad Jizerou, about 10 km southwest of the ski center Rokytnice nad Jizerou and 17 km from Harrachov. At a height of 700 meters above sea level, this beautiful First Republic villa is surrounded by a garden of different conifers and offers a view of the Giant Mountains. Special are the evenings, which you can spend with a glass of Champagne in the jacuzzi, while, as the owner recommends, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the night sky. The center of the mountain town offers all facilities. In the area you can enjoy various summer and winter activities as well as excellent conditions for hiking and cycling. On the tops of the mountains you will find beautiful signposted routes. Within the framework of natural and historical attractions you can visit various sights such as the Bozkov Caves (11 km), the castles Jilemnice (15 km), Semily (15 km), Hrubý Rohozec (35 km) or Rotštejn. (28 km). The nearest swimming pool is located directly in Vysoke nad Jizerou (3 km) or in Jablonec nad Jizerou (6 km). For golf lovers there is the golf club Semily (18 km) or Harrachov (20 km). Finally, the owners recommend a local, renowned bakery in the village.
Distances: Basic food, restaurants, tennis, bowling and other facilities only 200 to 400 m from the house, supermarket (Rokytnice nad Jizerou) 10 km and (Semily) 16 km.
