You occupy a separte half of free standing house from 2006. Each half of the house has own entrance, hall, living room with dining table and sitting suit, TV and fire stove. Kitchen with cooker (4 plates), coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate WC. Upstairs second bathroom and second separate WC and two bedrooms, each with one single bed, one double bed and a bunk bed. Central electric heating. Non-fenced property, large terrace, garden sitting, pavilion, parasol, mobile grill, fire pit and an oval swimming pool 6,2 x 3,6 m. Own parking-site.

Non smoking house. Pets are allowed after agreement for fee CZK 100,- / pet. The consumption of all energies and tourist fee is included in the price. House suitable for maximal 6/10 persons. The house is suitable for two friendly families, you can book it together with the another half, which you can find under the code VC 0143 B (the whole house has code VC 0143).

In East Bohemia, in half-wilderness not far from village Zlaty Potok, ca 6 km east of village Kraliky. House stands on a hill in the middle of beautiful nature and i n the green, by a brook at the edge of a forest. View of forest, meadows and hills in surrounding. Basic foodstuff 2 km, restaurant 2, 3 and 6 km, supermarket, open-air pool, tennis, bike renting and horse riding 6 km. In-door pool and sauna 27 km. Dam Pastviny with possibility of swimming, water sports and treddle and boat renting 23 km. Fishing (with permission) 2 km. Forest 20 m. Very nice place, beautiful sitting in the terrace in front of the house. Several castles and ruins in surrounding.
Winter info: Ideal place for winter holiday. Ski centres Dolni Morava 10 km, Pastviny 30 km, Mladkov (Pod Adamem) 25 km and Ceske Petrovice 30 km. Good for cross-country skiing. - Photogallery
