The newly renovated villa with 4 modernly equipped apartments, an infrared sauna and a family outdoor pool is offered as a whole for stays particularly suited to friendly families who want to enjoy their holiday in the Lipno region in privacy and with access to all services in the picturesque village of Horní Planá.

Apartment No. 1 (for 4-5 guests)on the ground floor with an entrance from the garden. Entrance, living room with a sofa bed (extra bed for 1 person), SMART TV, dining table and kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, countertop oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, hot air fryer, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom with a double bed, bunk bed and TV. Bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The apartment has its own terrace.
Apartment No. 2 (for 2 guests)in the attic. Entrance, living room with a sofa, SMART TV, dining table and kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, countertop oven, microwave, kettle, hot air fryer, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and basin. The apartment has a balcony with garden furniture.

In the common areas there is a possibility of using an infrared sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer and bicycle storage. Central heating of the house. Guests have at their disposal an unfenced garden with seating on metal garden furniture under a parasol, a portable charcoal grill, firepit, permanent above-ground pool and sun loungers. Children can have fun on the swings, slide and sandbox. Parking space for up to 5 cars is provided on the private property in front of the house.

Note on accommodation

Pets are allowed (small breeds only) for a fee of CZK 450 per stay. Free Wi-Fi. Two baby cots available. No deposit required. Consumption of electric power is included in price. The landlady can stay over in her own apartment on the ground floor and fully respects the privacy of guests. The property is adjacent to other houses so it is necessary to keep noise level low in nighttime.

Location description

In South Bohemia, in the Šumava Protected Landscape Area, on the left bank of the Lipno Dam, in the town of Horní Planá, 27 km west of Český Krumlov. This popular recreational area offers excellent conditions for fishing, swimming, water sports, hiking and cycling. The villa is only 1.5 km from the beach and the departure point for a sightseeing steamboat cruise. A ferry also departs from the pier, which will take you to the other side of the dam. You can admire the entire area from the lookout tower on Mount Dobrá voda, which rises above the village. In the park under the lookout tower there is an auditorium for an open-air cinema, where you can plan your trip to an evening screening. There is a railway station in the village, which provides train connections around the area, making it easier to discover the magical Šumava region. Take a two-stop ride to Nová Pec, from where an asphalt trail suitable for road cyclists and in-line skaters leads to Stožec (15 km) or walk to Plešné Lake (8.5 km), from where you can continue climbing to the highest mountain in Šumava, Plechý. For sights and a rich cultural life, take a trip to Český Krumlov (23 km) with a historical center listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a large castle and chateau complex towering over the meanders of the Vltava River, a chateau garden with a baroque theater and a revolving auditorium, museums, galleries, etc.
