Spacious kitchen equipped with dining table for 6 people, oven, el. hob, fridge with freezer, press, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, basic kitchen equipment and dishwasher. Glazed common room with sitting area, billiards and table football. First bedroom with double bed. Luxuriously furnished bathroom with bath, sink, bidet and toilet. On the first floor 2nd bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Third bedroom with double bed, two single beds and bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. In the fourth bedroom a double bed, armchair and TV. Fifth bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Terrace with seating at the table and sofa for relaxation. The building is heated by a heat pump.. Fenced garden with fireplace, children's trampoline, outdoor whirlpool in summer and year-round bathing tub for up to 6 people . Parking on the plot for 2 cars, other cars can be parked for free in the adjacent parts of the area.

The use of the bathtub is only possible after prior agreement and for a fee of CZK 2,000/week (the use of the bathtub must be ordered when booking the stay). Refundable deposit EUR 200,- (New Year's Eve deposit EUR 400,-). Shortened stays of at least 4 nights. The building is suitable for a maximum of 12 people.
