The villa has three floors and is fully equipped with unique massive furniture made for this property only.
There is the main entrance on the ground floor with a hall and entrances to garages and utility rooms. Upstairs, on the first floor, you enter the hall with entrances to the central dining room, library, bedroom and bathroom.
The central dining room has a family table for 6 people and entrance with French doors to the terrace. The dining room has an open access to a large living room with a unique fireplace (only for decorative purpose), sitting area with white leather, satellite TV and a passage to a room with heated indoor pool with sauna. Next to the dining room, there is also a spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and a central bar. Library, or perhaps preferably mens lounge is furnished in the style of solid walnut wood combined with green glass and dark green leather and has a capacity of 4 people. Bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV and a wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
On the top floor, there is an entrance hall, hallway and accesses in the bedroom, study and bathrooms. The study room offers two massive desks with executive armchairs and plenty of storage space. The large master bedroom features a unique double bed, dressing table and chest of drawers and the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. Bathroom with bath, toilet and sink and second bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. Separate toilet. In the hall, there are also two spacious wardrobes. The building is centrally heated.
The large fully fenced garden offers absolute tranquility and relaxation in a Japanese style with two small lakes (one with an island and a bridge) and also seating. There is also garden furniture, parasol and professional portable grill in the garden, prepared for the guest. Parking on the plot and in the garage.

Note on accommodation

A small dog (small breed only) is allowed. Baby cot, washing machine and wifi connection at disposal. Power consumption and fee for final cleaning (EUR 120,-) shall be paid on spot. Maintenance of the pool is during summer holiday included in the price. Maintenance and preheating of the pool is in all other periods possible for fee EUR 200,- (on request). The landlord can recommend you an English speaking tour guide after agreement. On the border of the land there stands a housekeeper's house (housekeeper maximally respects the privacy of the guests). This villa is suitable for up to 6 (maximal 8) persons and a baby.
