Description of accommodation

You live half of the beautiful villa built in 2010. The villa is very nice and tastefully furnished. Entrance to the corridor, open living room with seating for 7 people (2x extra bed possible), TV, fireplace. Large kitchen with dining table for 6 people connected to the living room. Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob (4 hotplates) with oven, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and electric kettle. On the attic floor there are three bedrooms. The first spacious bedroom is furnished with one double bed and two single beds, another bedroom with one double bed and a third bedroom with a narrower double bed and a cot. On both floors there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The building is heated by electric heating. The villa is set on a fenced plot. There is an overground pool, pergola, metal garden furniture and a brick garden fireplace. The trampoline and sandbox are shared with the other half of the object. Own parking or possibility of standing in front of the building.

Available cot. Small pet on request. WiFi Internet connection. Linen is included in the price. Non-smoking object. Power consumption is paid on site. In the second part of the villa with separate entrance is another object (JC 0119). For larger groups (up to 22 people) it is possible to rent the entire villa (JC 0418). The villa is suitable for up to 8 people + 4 extra beds.
